Cubs' first base prospect Dan Vogelbach has always been able to hit. The problem has always been, where can he play defensively (because of his weight.) Vogelbach may wind up as trade bait to an American League team (where he can DH.)
Vogelbach has been tearing it up at Class AA Tennessee this season. Through 27 games, Vogelbach is hitting .343 with 3 HR and 18 RBI's, he also has 9 doubles and 1 triple. Keep an eye on Dan Vogelbach.
